During our coaching I use the knowledge from my lifetime of practice and the many different situations and scenarios I have been through myself. One moment you are up and the next moment you may be down. But the important thing is not to go crazy and keep going :)
During my professional career I worked in different marketing roles for brands like Tatra banka, Google, Orange, O2.
I have been trained in Coaching on one of the worlds leading Coaching Institutions - Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) based in the US /New Jersey/. The main differentiator is the focus on Core Energy Coaching which means in our coaching session you can expect to go really deep and look for the true roots of your situation. But do not worry we will always go only as deep as you are willing to go.
Coaching is a safe place. Our conversations are confidential and during coaching I follow the rules and code of ethics of the International Coach Federation.
